We at In The Box offer a full range of custom clothing with making process as easy as possible. What's the process?  

Make Consultation

Contact us through e-mail info@inthebox.co.nz to inform us what the team requires. We can help with further information on styles and fabrics.  

Confirm the design

Send your logo, words and requirement to us, so we will make a confirmation.  Our designers can send the sample design to you in 4 days. We will make or reverse the design for you. A deposit is required and will be deducted from the  mass production cost if order is made.

Make sample

When we get your approval of the design, we will start to make the sample. The sample lead time will be 4-7 business days

Affirm the sample

When the sample is finished, we will confirm the sample with you in 2 ways.

1. In The Box will send photos of the sample to you (speed-oriented)
2. In The Box will send the one off real sample to you, this way you be assured the product is exactly what you require.  

Start mass production

Once we have received the teams order we will start production. We can help with the team order via simple ordering system. The lead time will be 10-20 business days depending on the size of the order.

New Kit Day

Within six weeks the team will be looking smart with their matching kit. Happy days! 

After-sales service

We at In The Box want to make sure you are happy with the teams new kit, any problems we will sort it.
